Rz, Cimicifugae Sheng Ma 3-9g Releases the Exterior Raises Yang and lifts sunken Qi.
With Gen Gen, for relatively superficial Yang Ming disorders.
Rx, Angelicae Dahuricae Bai Zhi 3-10g Expels Wind, eliminates Dampness, dispels Cold and alleviates pain.
With Ge Gen, for Wind-Cold trapped at the level of the muscles and interstices.
Rz. Zingiberis Gan Jiang 3-10g Warms the Middle, expels Cold, dispels Wind-Dampness seeping into the Lower Jiao and warms the channels.
With Gan Cao, for epigastric pain and vomiting due to Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold.
Rx. Saposhnikoviae Fang Feng 3-10g Expels Wind-Dampness and alleviates pain.
With Cang Zhu, for pain due to Wind-Damp Bi with aching joints, heavy limbs and generalized aching and discomfort.
